Strawberry Coconut Coated Lokum Roll with Strawberry Hazelnut Cream & Hazelnut Filling

Bright, fruity and irresistibly beautiful — our Strawberry Lokum Roll is a celebration of natural flavour and artisan ingenuity. Our strawberry lokum is filled with our own luscious hazelnut cream enriched with 20% freeze-dried strawberry and generously studded with at least 15% whole hazelnuts. The coating takes things further — shredded coconut is slowly warmed together with freeze-dried strawberry powder at 35 degrees, allowing the two to fuse completely, infusing every flake with vibrant strawberry aroma and a naturally gorgeous pink hue.

Ingredients
Lokum: Sugar (77%), Corn Starch (14%), Water (9%), Citric Acid (0.5%), Cream of Tartar (0.5%), Soapwort Extract (0.05%), Natural Colouring (Beet extract), Nature Identical Strawberry Flavouring.
Strawberry Hazelnut Cream: Hazelnut (50%), Freeze-Dried Strawberry (20%), Hazelnut Oil (10%), Sugar (15%), Dried Milk Powder (5%).
Coating: Coconut infused with freeze-dried strawberry powder at 35°C.
