Evidence rule

A registration number is evidence of registration — not evidence of every EPR obligation.

PPWR Article 45 requires online platforms to obtain producer-registration information and a producer self-certification concerning EPR compliance. National systems and marketplaces may additionally request PRO membership, authorised-representative evidence, payment proof or other documents. The engine keeps each proof type separate and records its source, date and status.
