The engine calculates it directly
Researched rates for Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg and similar models are calculated by tariff class × kg.
EU27 fixed-cost file ↗27 EU countries · 2026 cost engine
Select the country and your packaging quantity. The engine uses Beyoğlu Professional’s researched 2026 fixed charges and published PRO/system tariffs across all 27 EU Member States. Where a country’s price is determined only by a commercial contract, it does not invent a generic rate; it uses your actual operator quote. Registration, system participation, representation, tax, deposits and Beyoğlu service charges are shown separately.
Select a country and the researched national cost model loads automatically.
Each country uses its own system, currency, minimum charges and tariff classes.
This separates one-off registration/activation charges from recurring annual costs.
Zero sales sets the variable packaging contribution and Beyoğlu per-parcel service to zero. Fixed or minimum costs of an active relationship may still remain.
Material name alone is not enough. The country engine shows only tariff classes researched for that national system.
For this country, the selected cost route is determined by a commercial contract or operator calculation. Use the actual amount rather than a generic rate that does not exist on the country page.
Only thresholds, public charges or special formulas that actually apply in the selected country are shown.
If you have an actual representative, tax, deposit or special third-party cost, add the verified amount. A blank field is not treated as zero; only an item explicitly marked as not applicable is zeroed.
These are not regulatory charges. New-country activation is €25; qualifying parcel transactions are €1/parcel. Any applicable VAT depends on the invoicing conditions.
To combine local regulatory costs with Beyoğlu EUR service charges, the exchange rate, source and date are required. Otherwise the two currencies remain separate.
How the engine works
Each country uses its researched cost architecture: some have published €/kg or local-currency/kg tariffs, some have annual minimums, some have public registration charges, and some require the actual contract price of the selected commercial system.
Researched rates for Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg and similar models are calculated by tariff class × kg.
EU27 fixed-cost file ↗Researched fixed items such as the ARA minimum, EKO-KOM annual fee, DPA annual minimum or NPA fixed fee are applied automatically in the relevant scenario.
Where pricing depends on an operator contract — such as a German dual system, Romanian OIREP or Slovenian DROE — the engine does not invent a generic number.
Refundable deposits are separated from expense; EPR authorised-representative and other third-party costs are shown separately from Beyoğlu Professional service charges.
