Free Compliance Tools
Prepare the compliance work your business actually needs.
Start with the task in front of you: producer registration, an authorised representative, EPR-system participation, packaging reporting, regulatory payments or evidence. Then apply the rules of the destination country.
By compliance task, not by country and not by downloadable file.
Producer registration is one workflow. Packaging declarations are another. Authorised representation is another. Each task has its own dedicated workspace, while the applicable national authority, register, form, terminology, validation rules and submission format are loaded from the selected country's compliance adapter.
Start your workflow
Choose the task. Add a country now or inside the next step.
Country selection is optional on this page. If you select one now, we will carry it into the task workspace automatically.
Destination country
Select the Member State where you are selling or placing packaged goods on the market.
Compliance Tasks
What do you need to prepare?
Each task opens one dedicated workspace. The country-specific legal and technical requirements are applied inside that workflow.
Producer & Registration
Determine which legal entity must register and prepare the information required for a national producer register, authority portal or EPR registration process.
Authorised Representative
Determine whether representation applies and prepare the producer, representative, scope and appointment data required by the selected Member State.
PRO / System Participation
Prepare the company, packaging and volume information needed to join the relevant collective scheme, system operator or producer responsibility organisation.
Packaging Data & Declarations
Build reusable packaging master data, map it to national reporting categories and prepare periodic or annual declaration datasets.
Regulatory Payments
Prepare the records needed to understand, reconcile and evidence statutory, authority, PRO or EPR-system charges separately from Beyoğlu professional service fees.
Deposit Return Systems
Check whether deposit obligations apply and prepare the packaging, registration, product and reporting information required by the relevant national DRS.
SUP / Special Levies
Identify packaging streams that may trigger Single-Use Plastics or other country-specific special contributions and prepare the underlying reporting data.
Marketplace Evidence
Package existing legal evidence into a clear file for marketplaces that request proof of national EPR compliance.
Audit & Evidence Retention
Build a structured record of what was registered, reported, paid, corrected and accepted so that compliance can be reconstructed later.
Account / Company Data Packs
Create the reusable legal-entity, contact, tax, marketplace and account data used across registrations, PRO onboarding, mandates and national portals.
One operating model
The task stays the same. The national implementation changes.
Every child workspace uses the same basic operating sequence while loading the legal, technical and documentary rules of the selected country.
Select country
Load the authority, register, EPR structure, terminology and current national requirement.
Import or enter data
Reuse existing company and packaging information instead of rebuilding the same dataset for every country.
Validate
Check mandatory fields, identifiers, national categories, dates, units, totals and cross-field rules.
Generate & retain
Prepare the applicable form, dataset, mandate or evidence package and retain the final version with provenance.
Reusable Data
Enter facts once. Apply the legal rules separately.
Reusable factual data is not a reusable legal conclusion.
Company name, VAT number, SKU, packaging component, material and unit weight can be reused. Producer status, authorised-representative requirements, reporting categories, DRS applicability and national obligations must still be determined separately for each country.
Output Types
The engine does not pretend every output is the same kind of document.
Authority or PRO form
The receiving body publishes the form. Where technically possible, user data is mapped into that existing structure.
Structured submission
XLSX, CSV, XML, JSON or another data format defined by the authority, register or EPR organisation.
Compliance preparation record
Used when the law requires information, evidence or an agreement but does not impose one universal government form.
Manual-entry dataset
Prepares every required field in the correct order for a workflow that must be completed in an official portal.
Platform-facing proof
Repackages existing legal evidence for a marketplace without creating the underlying registration or compliance obligation.
Evidence source-of-truth
Internal records supporting reporting, reconciliation, corrections, payments, audit and future submissions.
Prepared for submission is not the same as issued by an authority.
That distinction remains visible throughout the workflow.
Import & Export
Use your existing data. Export only what the real workflow needs.
Supported formats depend on the task and national receiving system. The engine does not manufacture an “official” XML or spreadsheet format where no official specification exists.
Where an authority publishes an official spreadsheet or machine format, its field names, structure, sheet names, formulas, namespaces and schema rules must be preserved.
EU27 Coverage
Ten task workspaces can serve twenty-seven different national systems.
EU Member States in the country-adapter architecture. Each adapter can define national authorities, registers, EPR systems, language, accepted formats, validation rules, legal sources and version status without creating another child page.
Source Transparency
Country logic must be traceable to the rule or system that created it.
Regulation (EU) 2025/40
Primary European legal framework for packaging and packaging waste.

One task workspace can produce different national outputs.
The business task is reusable even when national rules differ. Producer registration, packaging reporting or authorised representation each need one workflow engine. The selected country then changes the authority, legal rules, required fields, terminology and output format.
Yes. Country selection on this root page is optional. Every task workspace must also allow the destination Member State to be selected or changed before the national workflow is generated.
Yes. Legal-entity, product and packaging facts should be reusable across registrations, declarations and evidence workflows. Country-specific legal conclusions and classifications are recalculated separately.
No. Countries and EPR organisations may require different material categories, identifiers, reporting periods, portals and file formats. The packaging data can be reused, but the national output must be generated separately.
No. Draft, validated, ready for signature, ready for submission, submitted and accepted are different document states. A generated file is not presented as submitted or accepted unless that actually occurred.
No. If an authority or authorised EPR organisation requires its own official form or data format, that structure remains controlling. Beyoğlu may help map validated user data into it.
Country adapters and task schemas should be versioned. A current workflow should record its effective date, legal or system source, template version and last verification date. Superseded formats should not be silently used for new reporting periods.
