Free Compliance Calendar
Turn EPR rules into dates you can actually operate.
Select the destination country, reference year and reporting profile. The calculator converts verified national reporting rules, scheme calendars and payment periods into a working compliance timeline.
Build the compliance calendar
Dates are generated only from activated country datasets.
Select destination country and reference year
The reference year is the year in which the packaging is placed on the market.
Confirm the packaging stream
Some reporting systems distinguish household, consumer and professional packaging.
Confirm the country reporting profile
The selected country determines which reporting cadence, volume threshold or declaration condition must be confirmed.
Verified deadline models
One compliance calendar cannot be copied across four countries.
The current public dataset separates statutory deadlines, PRO or system-operator schedules and volume-dependent rules.
LUCID + system reporting
System-operator reports and LUCID reports are linked, while the statutory year-end report and conditional Declaration of Completeness have separate deadlines.
- Year-end actual volume report: 1 June
- DoC: 15 May, adjusted to the next working day where required
- Under 10 tonnes: simplified LUCID reporting available
ARA reporting cadence
The reporting period determines both the declaration schedule and the related payment dates.
- Report: 15th of following month
- Payment: 15th of second following month
- Annual reporter: 15 Jan / payment 15 Feb
- Monthly/quarterly year-end: 15 March
Citeo household declaration
The household-packaging declaration follows the calendar year and is completed during the first two months of the following year.
- Market period: 1 Jan–31 Dec
- Declaration window: 1 Jan–28 Feb following year
- Professional packaging enters new REP phase from 1 Jan 2027
RPP annual declaration
Producers report packaging placed on the Spanish market annually through MITECO's electronic procedure.
- Statutory deadline: 31 March following year
- 2026 reporting window: 2 Jan–31 Mar 2027
- Under 15 tonnes: simplified declaration procedure
Compliance workflow
A deadline only becomes useful when the data and responsible party are already known.
Deadline FAQ
Separate statutory deadlines from scheme and contract calendars.
No. Packaging EPR reporting and payment calendars remain country-specific and can also depend on the selected producer responsibility scheme, system operator, reporting cadence and packaging volume.
Actual packaging volumes from the previous year must be reported to the LUCID Packaging Register through the year-end volume report by 1 June.
Where the applicable packaging-volume thresholds are reached, or the authority otherwise requires one, the audited declaration is due by 15 May for the previous year. If that date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline moves to the next working day.
Citeo states that packaging placed on the market between 1 January and 31 December is declared between 1 January and 28 February of the following year.
MITECO states that the reporting procedures for packaging placed on the Spanish market in 2026 are open from 2 January through 31 March 2027.
