A checklist should make compliance simpler, not make the law disappear.
It converts packaging EPR requirements into a sequence of work: identify the producer, define countries, register, connect the EPR system, prepare packaging data, check representation, report and retain evidence.
The workflow can be standardised. The legal answer cannot. Registration systems, EPR schemes, representation rules, reporting procedures, deadlines and fees must be checked country by country.

The underlying EPR obligation is still determined by the producer and destination country. Marketplace checklists add the evidence and seller-account verification layer required to operate through that platform.
