Product principle

Never invent a national code when the country, authority or PRO controls that classification.

Stable authority codes are mapped directly. Account-specific or changing classifications are loaded from the current official workbook or classifier. Where no machine file exists, the engine produces a verified portal-entry pack instead of pretending a generic Excel sheet is an official filing format.
