Which file formats can I export?

The producer-registration dataset can be exported as PDF, XLSX, CSV, XML or JSON.

Does downloading the file register my company?

No. Downloading creates a submission-ready preparation file. Registration occurs only after the applicable filing has actually been submitted to and accepted by the competent national authority, producer register, EPR organisation or other receiving system.

Is every XLSX, CSV or XML export an official authority submission format?

Not necessarily. Where a competent authority or EPR organisation defines a mandatory spreadsheet, CSV structure, XML or XSD schema, portal specification or other technical format, that official specification remains controlling.

Can the same producer data be reused for different EU countries?

Reusable factual data such as the legal company name, address, tax identifiers and contact details can be reused. Country-specific producer status, registration requirements, authorised-representative requirements and legal classifications must still be determined separately.

Does the tool support all EU Member States?

The engine is designed around an EU27 country-adapter architecture. The selected country determines the registration authority, register, operational route and country-specific compliance context shown by the tool.

What does submission-ready mean?

Submission-ready means that the preparation dataset has passed the tool's blocking validation and is prepared for the next applicable filing step. It does not mean the file has already been submitted, accepted or registered.
