01 · Etsy shop identity

Tie the shop to the correct legal entity first.

Etsy can collect EPR information in Shop Manager, but the shop owner is not automatically the packaging EPR Producer in every transaction. Record the shop and selling entity, then resolve Producer status country by country.

02 · Destination countries

EU27 legal coverage. Etsy field coverage stays honest.

Select every Member State where Etsy sales place packaged products on the market. All 27 national routes are available. A verified Etsy state means a current public Etsy country-specific EPR page and Shop Manager path were confirmed; otherwise the engine requires live Etsy-interface verification.

03 · Work list

National EPR work first. Etsy evidence second.

The engine generates eight separate records per selected country. Producer registration, PRO/system participation and EPR authorised representation are never merged. Etsy submission and shop/account evidence close only after the national prerequisites are resolved.

This is work readiness, not a compliance score. A destination remains open if a material national prerequisite is unresolved, the Etsy field has not been verified, or the shop/account record lacks evidence.

06 · Source registry
