Start with the national packaging-EPR rule. Then verify what Amazon currently asks for in Seller Central, submit the right evidence, track affected listings and retain the acceptance record.
Amazon can ask for packaging-EPR information by marketplace, country and category. Record the selling entity and account reference first; then determine the legal Producer separately. Amazon does not decide who the Producer is.

Select every Member State where Amazon sales place packaged products on the market. All 27 national routes are available. A green Amazon policy state means we verified a current public Amazon packaging workflow; otherwise the engine requires a live Seller Central check before the Amazon item can close.

The list is generated for the selected countries. Finish the national prerequisites first, then close the marketplace submission and enforcement evidence. “Done” requires evidence; clicking a status is not enough.
Open a work item to see the national rule and Amazon policy source side by side. For Amazon portal items in a non-publicly-verified country, the live field/path must be recorded before the item can be verified complete.
This is work readiness, not a compliance score. A destination remains blocked if a material national prerequisite is open, an Amazon request is unresolved, or the platform submission lacks acceptance evidence.
Country pages and primary national sources control the legal layer. Amazon sources describe the current platform workflow only. Where Amazon has not publicly documented an exact packaging field, the engine requires live account verification.
